Detailed schema of BioLocal in mBioSQL
Notes:
- To store your private data/sequences in an RDBMS you should use other implementation (e.g. BioSQL);
although BioLocal does not have the best implementation (because of historical reasons), I am using it in my everyday lab-life; so it is stable;
- See detailed description of db_info table here;
- The result_table and result_table2 contain data from pattern search and restriction map analysis tools from output of fuzzpro, restrict, and remap (EMBOSS tools).
The table fields correspond to the srs formatted (-rformat srs) result fields in the EMBOSS result files.
